Accelerate Wales

Accelerate Wales is a supply chain improvement programme that provides the project management resources for all improvement activity within both the lead company and the supply chain. The objective is to improve individual capability, improve supply chain co-operation and release mutual competitive advantage, ultimately to facilitate integration of the supply chain.

Accelerate Clusters

Accelerate Clusters focuses on emerging technologies and niche markets. The objective of the Programme is to create network based environments, within which participating companies and organisations can, through co-operation, develop products and services designed to meet the current and future demands of the automotive industry.

The Programme provides cluster project management resources for improvement activity within qualifying companies where appropriate.
