Property and location solutions for contact and shared services centres in Wales

'We found office space in a prime location in Cardiff City Centre which has excellent transport links,' Matt Burge, managing director, CDL Europe / photography, Tesco Financial Service Centre building

The WDA's relationship with Welsh contact and shared services centres is growing. As a result, the WDA has built up an understanding of the industries' property needs, at all stages of company development no matter what their size or specialism.

"Flexibility was key for us as far as property was concerned as we had plans to grow rapidly. We found premises in Cardiff where we were able to rent accommodation floor by floor as we needed it, at a very reasonable cost," Andrew Probert, Finance and IT Director, Admiral.

Working with the public and private sector, the WDA can use its extensive connections and draw upon Wales' comprehensive property offer to create the right property package.

Wales can offer a range of strategic sites, properties for immediate occupation and custom built schemes.

The WDA helped Lloyds TSB identify a suitable site for its new CRM centre. The Agency supported the company with infrastructure development and build of 30,000 sq ft office accommodation in Pencoed.

Availability of the right property, coupled with the right technical infrastructure, at the right stage during a company's development is critical. The WDA can provide the right connections to help companies find the ideal location.
